Construction Consulting Unlimited (CCU) specializes in providing personnel either on a contractual basis or permanent placement for medium to large construction projects. The positions we place include, but are not limited to: Project Manager, Project Assistant, Safety, Project Accountant, Outreach/Work Force Utilization Coordinator, Scheduler, Estimator and Document Control.
Familiarity with Project Needs
We have over 20 years experience in providing our clients with outstanding personnel to meet or exceed their expectations. We identify the most qualified candidate by conducting an in-depth interview, performing extensive reference checks, and matching their skills to our client's job description with specific examples. We then present our candidate in a total proposal package to our client. To us, we are presenting your next team player, not just a resume.
Community Outreach
Along with our proven experience in construction assistance programs, CCU has successfully completed the outreach project as the Outreach Coordinators for the Clark Design/Build of California and Herrick Steel bids for the Highland Hospital AcuteTower Replacement Project in Oakland, California. We are also very proud of the Workforce Utilization Coordinator we have had in place for McCarthy Construction at the Kaiser Hospital/Oakland project for Phase I and II. The philosophy and business techniques utilized by CCU engage the active participation of local public agencies and corporations in the accurate proliferation of effective small, minority and women-owned businesses within the local community.
Responsible Management
Renee Clark, President and Founder, and Susan Harris, Vice President are responsible for the direct performance of all CCU's construction support management and community outreach services. We have comprehensive experience in construction project assistance needs for all phases of construction and our knowledge of the local business culture enables us to provide valuable insight to build a mutually beneficial working relationship between our client and the community.
