Workforce Utilization/Business Manager: Excellent verbal/communications skills, proficient in construction software (i.e. Prolog, Elations), and Microsoft Office and Access, must have excellent organizational skills. Must have Construction Management degree, 5+ years in a construction related field.

Office Manager/Receptionist: Excellent verbal/written communications skills, knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (Microsoft Office, Access), experience in customer service principles and practices. Must be able to function independently, have good stress tolerance, show initiative and be self-reliant. Requires High School diploma with come college preferred, must have some construction office experience.

Document Control Specialist: The document control specialist assists project management with document control and is responsible for development, implementation and administration of document control by tracking all construction and design related documents and distributing all official correspondence. Maintain timely and effective document management processes and systems in accordance with company standards, contractual requirements and project specific needs. Ensures the maintenance and security of project files in hard copy and electronic format. Responsible for project related clerical task and word processing. Contribute as team member in handling miscellaneous tasks. Two years of Record Management/Document Control experience in the construction industry is a plus. Detailed oriented and able to understand technical terms and descriptions. Intermediate and advanced skills needed in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent writing and grammar skills
