COMMUNITY OUTREACH Along with our proven experience in construction assistance programs, CCU has successfully completed the outreach project as the Outreach Coordinators for the Clark Design/Build of California and Herrick Steel bids for the Highland Hospital AcuteTower Replacement Project in Oakland, California. We are also very proud of the Workforce Utilization Coordinator we have had in place for McCarthy Construction at the Kaiser Hospital/Oakland project for Phase I and II. The philosophy and business techniques utilized by CCU engage the active participation of local public agencies and corporations in the accurate proliferation of effective small, minority and women-owned businesses within the local community.
