RENEE A. CLARK, CEO and Founder, has over 21 years of experience providing support to the construction industry. Ms. Clark founded Construction Clerical Unlimited (CCU) in 1990 after realizing the need for experienced construction personnel to provide a variety of support services for project duration. Ms. Clark started her career in the construction industry with Keller/Gannon in San Francisco. Ms. Clark's construction consulting experience has expanded to over 14 high profile projects to date. In 2010, Construction Clerical Unlimited was changed to Construction Consulting Unlimited when Ms. Clark decided to expand the services of her company to include Workforce Utilization and Outreach Management. Ms. Clark has continued to grow CCU, yet has still been able to remain small.

SUSAN J. HARRIS, Senior Vice-President, Finances, Since 2007, Susan's responsibilities include assisting the President of CCU in contract negotiations, human resources, finances, marketing and researching new business opportunities. Additionally, she is responsible for outreach event coordination and project support. To this position, Susan brings her experience of over 25 years in the financial service industry. As Assistant Vice-President with a major bank, she attained extensive background in bank operations, financial and personnel management. In addition, Susan created and managed the division's customer service support unit for Northern California branches and received the highest marks of any division unit in the state, while consistently exceeding the financial goals. Susan has also nurtured her entrepreneurial spirit by owning her own businesses in the last several years.

CHARLES "RICO" DAWSON, Vice President, has over 20 years of working in the construction industry and has a well known track record in key disciplines such as Project Design, Risk Evaluation and Construction Management. Mr. Dawson is currently a full-time Consultant for McCarthy Building Companies as the Workforce Utilization and Outreach Business Manager on the Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center Replacement Project. Mr. Dawson created and implemented the Mentor Protege program for McCarthy on the Kaiser/Oakland project. Mr. Dawson's experience grew to be even more extensive in the area of compliance, outreach, mentoring, environmental and estimating through his involvement with military base closure contracts. Mr. Dawson is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

TIFFANY S. BAILEY, Vice-President, Business Development, has over 19 years of supporting mid to large construction companies in the Greater Bay Area and has worked on many prominent construction projects. Those projects include the Airport Terminal Expansion Project, Port of Oakland/Vision 2000 Project, Elihu M Harris State Office Building, San Francisco War Memorial Opera House, Richmond Village (Easter Hill Hope VI) project and the SF Moscone Center. She implemented the Community Outreach Program for the redevelopment of the Easter Hill Hope VI Public Housing Project and worked with Nibbi Brothers to ensure that the Hope VI requirements were met on the project. Mrs. Bailey worked with the City of Richmond, the Richmond Housing Authority and several community agencies to ensure that the Hope VI requirements were met.

JERMAINE WILSON, Project Manager, Business Outreach Management/Contract Compliance, for the Highland Hospital Acute Tower Replacement project. In addition, Mr. Wilson is also responsible for the County's Enhanced Construction Outreach Program the Small Local Emerging Business Program and the Strategic Partnership program that is sponsored by Clark Design/Build. Mr. Wilson brings a wealth of knowledge in both the fields of Architecture and Construction Management. Before joining CCU, he worked for multiple prominent construction management firms on several high profile projects including the $8.5B City Center Development in Las Vegas for MGM-Mirage. Among his duties were Cost and Budget Management, On-Site Supervision and Project Management. Mr. Wilson graduated from the Catholic University of America with a Bachelors Degree in both Architecture and Construction Management.
